Fourth Sunday of
Easter
May 7, 2017
This Sunday is, “Good
Shepherd Sunday.” Jesus invites us to
follow the Good Shepherd and to walk the journey of life as he did, in leading
others to faith in the Lord. Let us take
time today to reflect on those who did just that, and demonstrated to us, the
loving and caring of Christ in the way they treated us. Remember that Jesus did not only want to
guide us and protect us, but he wishes to make sure we flourish in our life of
faith: “I came so that they may have
life and have it more abundantly.” [John
10: 10]
