Celebrate Life!
We tend to think of faith as a
quantity that can be increased. Today’s
Gospel makes it clear that Jesus is telling us not to measure faith. Faith is rather a relationship with God. It is a way of life, an active aligning of
ourselves with God and His will. Faith
cannot be earned, it is a gift from God to all of us. It is up to each of us to do as Paul tells
us, “Stir into flame the gift of faith in God that you have…” /s/Deacon Jim
