World Marriage Day February 8th

This Sunday we observe World Marriage Day.   

This is an observance sponsored by Worldwide Marriage Encounter, associated with the Catholic Marriage Encounter movement and is observed on the second Sunday of February each year. 

"World Marriage Day” honors husband and wife as the foundation of the family, the basic unit of society. It salutes the beauty of their faithfulness, sacrifice and joy in daily married life.  Congratulations to all of our married couples and to those whose spouse has already gone to his/her eternal reward.  You are all the foundation of the family and of our society.  Special blessings to you this weekend.
